How to start using eSignature?

To start using this tool, administrators must configure the feature from the administration console. End users can request electronic signatures directly from Google Drive or Google Docs, simplifying the workflow. The option to include custom details such as the signers' job title, company or phone number is also available.

 

Google designed this tool to make electronic signatures legally binding and secure, complying with the highest standards of privacy and data protection.

 

Update: Began December 4, 2024 and is being phased in gradually for users of the following editions:

  • Google Workspace Business Standard and Plus.
  • Enterprise Starter, Standard and Plus.
  • Essentials and Essentials Plus.
  • Education Plus.
  • Individual Google Workspace subscribers.

 

This upgrade not only increases productivity, but also facilitates collaboration in digital environments.
